SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Products are sold to the Customer on the website after their identification through the completion and submission of the online order form, in accordance with the provided instructions, and contextual acceptance of these General Terms of Sale, as well as the prices and descriptions of the products involved in the transaction.

Each sale made on the website may concern one or more products, with no quantity limits for each item, unless explicitly mentioned in the product information (e.g., Limited Editions).

The Customer is prohibited from providing false information during the registration process, sale, and subsequent communications. LuLala Jewels reserves the right to take legal action against any violation or abuse in the interest of protecting all consumers.

The acceptance of these General Terms of Sale implies the exoneration of LuLala Jewels from any responsibility related to the issuance of incorrect tax documents resulting from errors in the information provided by the Customer during the ordering process.

The Customer is solely responsible for correcting this data.

The order form available on the website includes:

  • Description, images, price, and quantity of each product;
  • Payment methods that can be used;
  • Delivery methods for the purchased products and shipping and delivery costs, whenever applicable;
  • Reference to the General Terms of Sale, which include the conditions for exercising the Right of Free Resolution;
  • Return and warranty conditions for the purchased products.

Before completing the ordering process, the Customer must read and confirm full knowledge and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy.

The completion of the ordering process occurs when we receive the information from the online order form and verify the accuracy of the submitted data.

Before sending the Order Confirmation, LuLala Jewels may request other essential information by email for order processing, payment, and delivery.

LuLala Jewels reserves the right to cancel orders if there are no payment guarantees or in situations where the order is placed by a Customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute related to a previous order.

This right is also applied whenever LuLala Jewels, with legitimate reasons, considers the Customer unsuitable (e.g., a Customer with a history of violating these General Terms of Sale or involved in fraudulent activities of any kind).

If, for any reason, an ordered product is not available, LuLala Jewels undertakes to inform the Customer and refund the amounts paid within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of knowledge of this unavailability.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipments include:

  • The ordered product(s);
  • The shipping label;
  • Any informative and promotional materials.

For orders with a value equal to or greater than €40.00 for delivery in Portugal, we offer free shipping. The shipping cost for mainland Portugal and islands to the home address is €3.90.

The delivery of the order is made to the address indicated by the Customer (provided it is located in one of the countries to which LuLala Jewels sells through its website).

The system automatically assumes the address indicated by the Customer in their account for this purpose. However, during the ordering process, the Customer can send us an email with a request to edit this address or add an alternative address for each specific delivery.

Orders will only be shipped after confirming stock availability and payment verification, being dispatched by LuLala Jewels’s partner companies, namely CTT.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure their availability on the day of delivery.

If, at the time of delivery, no one is available at the indicated address, the order will be forwarded to the nearest CTT point by the carrier. The Customer can pick up the order at the CTT point within a period of 6 (six) business days. If the order is not claimed or the delivery is not successful, the order will be returned to LuLala Jewels.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS

Applicable to purchases made at www.lulalajewels.com.

The Customer may cancel their order at any time until its expedition, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, they may exercise their right of withdrawal as legally provided below.

In the case of orders paid with credit, in whole or in part, the credit contract is automatically and simultaneously deemed terminated, without the right to compensation (Article 8 of Decree-Law 143/2001 of April 26, as amended by Decree-Law 82/2008 of May 20).

In accordance with its Customer Satisfaction Policy and applicable legal provisions, LuLala Jewels allows the return (contract resolution) of items within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without the need to state the reason.

If you wish to proceed with the return of items, you may contact LuLala, who will provide you with all the information about the return process.

The return of items must meet the following conditions: Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging

The Customer is responsible for properly packaging the products to be returned, as well as for the costs associated with their shipment.

All items will be inspected upon arrival at our facility, and only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.

LuLala Jewels reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with these conditions.

In the event that you have received damaged or faulty items, LuLala will arrange the solution at no cost to the Customer.
